Once you’re approved to start construction, we set a build date. Your patio materials will be delivered the day before installation, and our team of professional installers will construct your patio quickly as well as providing a thorough site cleaning.

Who should be present at the design & planning consultation?
It’s ideal for the property owner to be present at the consultation, along with any other key decision-makers involved in the project. This ensures that all preferences and requirements are discussed and understood.
Am I under any obligation in receiving a free quote?
No, there is no obligation. Our quotes are completely free and are part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Are you fully insured and licensed?
Yes, we are fully insured with a comprehensive liability policy to protect both you and us during the design and build process. We are also licensed under Queensland and New South Wales building laws, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.
Do you handle council permits, relaxations, engineering, and plans?
Yes, we manage all necessary permits and paperwork. Our certifier will handle the documentation and final inspection. We prepare the site plan and lodge all relevant documents with our certification company, who will then conduct the required searches and assessments. This process typically takes up to 2 weeks. If any relaxation permits are needed, we will inform you upfront, and additional fees and time might be required.
Will I receive a copy of my approved plans?
Absolutely. A copy of the approved plans will be sent to you, the local council, and D&C Patios for record-keeping.
What warranty do I receive with my patio or carport?
We offer a 15-year warranty on all our products, giving you peace of mind regarding their durability and quality.
If I decide to go ahead with the quote, what is the deposit amount?
The deposit is usually 10% of the contract price plus any applicable council fees.
Do I need to arrange anything?
No, you don’t need to arrange anything. We take care of all approvals, site measurements, construction, and inspections for you.
How long will it take to get my patio or carport built?
Typically, the construction time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and the time required for council approvals.
Can I build my patio or carport as a DIY project myself?
Yes, you can. We can assist with approvals and material delivery. If the value of materials exceeds $11,000, you will need an owner-builder license.
Once my materials are delivered, how long until installation begins?
We aim to start your project within one week of material delivery, weather permitting. We prefer to minimize the time materials are left on-site.
Do I need to be home during construction?
No, you don’t need to be present. Our builders just need access to power and the job site.
Do you offer finance plans?
